Which plans include the API?
The API and webhooks are included from Business. Billing-linked contracts and renewals are included in every plan.
Can I test without sending real documents?
Yes. Sandbox keys keep test documents apart from your live documents, and nothing is billed.
Do retries create duplicates?
No. Requests accept an Idempotency-Key header and your own external IDs, so a retry never creates a second document.
Where are my documents stored?
In Kigali, Rwanda. Documents, signer details and audit records stay in Rwanda and are never passed to outside services. Enterprise customers can ask for a dedicated region.
